Youth Soccer Programs
Granite FC is proud to announce our Fall 2010 Center of Excellence Youth Soccer Program. Our mission is to introduce young players to the sport and ensure we provide them with a positive enjoyable soccer experience. All youth players will be trained under the direction of professional soccer coaches. We pride our self on having the best coaches and finest curriculum to develop our young soccer players in a safe, fun and challenging environment. We will be offering a special introductory fee for all players so take advantage of it now!
C.O.E. Nippers (Ages 4-5) –5 week program, Wednesdays 4pm to 5.15pm. September 15th to October 13th. Cost $10. Location, Cemetery Fields, Amherst
The emphasis of the Nippers program is to have fun and introduce the children to the basics of soccer. We train for 75 minutes on Wednesday afternoons beginning with some warm-up drills and progressing to scrimmage play at the end of most classes. This is a great starting place for players and parents interested in giving soccer a try. Parents are often encouraged to join in the practice sessions.
C.O.E. Beckhams (Ages 6-7) – 5 week program, Wednesdays 4pm to 5.15pm. September 15th to October 13th. Cost $10 Location, Cemetery Fields, Amherst
The primary focus for the Beckhams program is the development of fundamental soccer skills in a fun environment. By allowing each player to use his or her own creativity through small sided games, players are put into fun, competitive, safe environments where they will learn to make decisions and solve problems on their own.
